Easy peasy high protein-packed overnight oats recipe

Discover overnight oats--a fun and delicious way to enjoy your breakfast! This is nutritious, healthy, and filling, plus you can opt to use a variety of ingredients to kickstart your day.

Ingredients:

½ cup Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 cup of unsweetened Almond / Skim Milk
1 cup Fresh Fruits
1 Scoop Whey Protein, vanilla flavor

Optional:

2 Tbsp. Cashews, chopped

Directions:

In a glass jar, add the rolled oats, chia seeds, milk and whey protein. Set in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, top the overnight oats with sliced fresh fruits and chopped cashews.
