Ingredients

5 cups frozen berries, your choice
½ lemon, freshly squeezed
4 tbsp agave syrup
1 egg white
mint leaves (optional)

How to make low fat berry sorbet

Puree the frozen berries in a blender.

Add lemon juice and agave syrup. Puree at maximum speed.

Pour in the egg white at medium speed and continue to blend until well mixed.

Transfer the mixture to a container. Cover and chill in the freezer for at least 3 hours before serving. Stir every hour, to fluff up the mixture.

Garnish with berries, mint leaves and serve.
