No bake gluten-free chocolate chip granola bars recipe

Craving granola bars that are super tasty but easy to make? Here is a simple and delicious gluten-free recipe! It's packed full of nutritious ingredients and perfect for on-the-go snacking.

Makes 10 bars or squares | 159 calories per serving

¼ cup Maple Syrup
½ cup unsalted Almonds, chopped
1 ½ cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
½ cup dried Apricots, minced
½ cup dried Prunes, minced
¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chip morsels

Toast oats and almonds in a 350-degree until slightly golden brown.

Place oats, almonds, apricots, prunes and chocolate chip morsels in a large mixing bowl.

Warm the maple syrup in a saucepan over low heat. Stir and pour over oat mixture and mix.

Transfer the mixture to small baking dish or small pan lined with parchment paper so the bars will lift out easily when done.

Press down and pack the mixture firmly to flatten evenly.

Cover the baking dish or pan with parchment paper, and freeze for 30 minutes.

Lift the mixture with the parchment paper lining from the pan.

Chop into 10 even bars.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or keep it in the freezer until needed for a month.
